Aquaflo Profiling is proud to operate alongside our sister company Atom Technical which operates in the same building as Aquaflo Profiling. Atom Technical handles our design services as well as machining work.
Machinery
In house we have a TOS manual lathe, a Daewoo cnc lathe, a Hyundai Wia sub spindle lathe featuring live tooling as well as a Fadal 3 axis cnc mill.
Hyundai Wia 2100SY
Our most recent addition to the shop. This machine features dual spindles as well as live tooling. This allows for extremely complex components to be finished in record time. Faster cycle times mean less cost per part.
Fadal 4020 with 4th Axis
Our trusty Fadal is the workhorse in the shop. Outfitted with a 4th axis, this machine is capable of long production runs and is also well suited to low quantity runs of parts.
Daewoo Lynx CNC Lathe
Our Lynx lathe is incredibly fast and precise. Its tight working area is well suited to small parts but it excels at fast part processing.
TOS Manual Lathe
Our Tos lathe is a brute but nevertheless it is indispensable for odd jobs and heavy hard turning work. Outfitted with a 2 axis DRO, we can make quick work of low quantity turning work.
